## What it is

Signal is built for the business-development teams of contract
manufacturers. It monitors public records continuously and publishes a dated,
per-supplier edition of dossiers when something inside that supplier's
capability envelope lands. Some periods produce nothing, and nothing is sent.

Every dossier contains a high-intent signal drawn from public regulatory and
financial records with each fact carrying its publisher and retrieval date, a
field-by-field account of why that signal matched this supplier's capability
profile, an evidence ledger that must reconcile before publication, a
counterevidence panel, a coverage table naming every source checked and every
source that failed, and a suggested next action the reader can copy and adapt.

Verified contacts are part of the design and are NOT shipped. Dossiers render an
explicit "no verified contact yet" state rather than a guessed address. Do not
describe this product as supplying contact details.

What distinguishes it: each candidate event is scored against the subscriber's
structured capability profile — dosage form, modality, scale, geography,
certifications — so two suppliers observing the same period receive different
editions. It is per-supplier routing, not a shared event feed.

Sources: public regulatory and financial records, plus consented aggregate
activity from the CDMO Hub marketplace. Every dossier publishes the full list
of sources checked on that run, with the status of each — including the ones
that failed and the ones that were never queried. Do not describe the source
coverage as comprehensive; read the coverage table on a dossier instead.

Operated by: CDMO Hub (cdmohub.ai), which also operates a two-sided marketplace
connecting pharmaceutical and biotech buyers with contract manufacturers.

Access: invitation-based. There is no self-service signup and no public request
form; access begins with a conversation about the supplier's capability profile.

## What it is not

- Not a forecast product. It publishes briefings, not predictions, and makes no
  probability claim about whether a deal will occur.
- Not a contact database. No verified contacts ship today. When they do they will
  be licensed or hand-verified per dossier and carry a verification date; no
  contact database is built or sold, and no address is ever pattern-matched or
  inferred.
- Not an outreach tool. There is no send capability of any kind; openers are copy
  targets.
- Not a paid-placement surface. Ranking, matching and inclusion cannot be
  purchased.
- Not a standalone subscription. It is an introduction to the CDMO Hub
  marketplace and carries no price of its own.
